Keep your head in the game with gentle, yet effective cleaning power in every pump. Designed with ease in mind, our RTU Hat Cleaner is pre-mixed with the perfect ratio of solution and water - just pump and scrub, no water needed.
Crafted with soft hog’s hair bristles and a walnut wood handle, the Premium Brush cleans hats with care. Gentle enough for delicate materials. Use dry for daily maintenance, or use with our RTU Hat Cleaner for a deeper clean. When used with solution, rinse with water, shake, stand brush upright and allow to air dry.
How To Use:
Use the Premium Brush to dry brush the hat to remove any top layer dust and/or dirt.
Apply foam directly onto the bristles and start scrubbing.
Using a microfiber towel, dab and twist the surface of the material soaking up as much liquid as possible.
Helpful Tips
When cleaning hats, or anything for that matter - timeliness is key. For best results, attend to stains as soon as possible.

Full priced items can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt of your order. Discounted and Sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
All goods must be returned safely in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes and casing.
Should you select the incorrect product sizing an exchange can be offered, however additional shipping fees will apply.
Please email us first via online@westbrothers.com.au to organize the exchange.
Once confirmed via email the goods can be sent to the below address.
Australian customers can either purchase a return label here through Australia Post https://return.auspost.com.au/WEST_BROTHERS ,or send via their own preferred carrier.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the case of faulty or incorrect items you will need to coordinate this through our Online returns team.
To allow us to investigate the error please email online@westbrothers.com.au a photo of the tax invoice (provided with your order) as well as an image of the faulty or incorrect items.
Once this has been investigated we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
WEST BROTHERS REFUND POLICY
We will gladly exchange or provide a store credit for any full priced items. You can return your online purchase for an exchange within 30 days to West Brothers online or in-store.
We will refund items with manufacturing faults that are returned in their original packaging.
We cannot exchange items that have been worn or damaged through wear and tear.
You’ll need to send us your original invoice along with the item in its original packaging and condition.
