My account information

How do I create an account?
To create an account click on 'Account' at the top of any page of our site. In the 'Create Account' box on the right enter your name, email address, a unique password (must be at least 6 characters long) and click 'Create'. Within a few minutes you will receive an email confirming your account creation request, follow the link in the email to accept.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don't need an account to place an order; you can process your order as a guest. The benefit of having your own account is that we can save your personal details such as your address and purchase details which make it simple for you to keep track of your purchases and deliveries.
I've forgotten my password
Click on 'Account' at the top of the screen, then under the 'Login' field on the left click on 'Forgot your Password?' A link will be emailed to you at the email address you registered with, follow the link to create a new password - please note your password must be at least 6 characters long.
My password isn't working
If your password is not being accepted click on 'Account' in the top right menu, then underneath 'Login' click on 'Forgot your Password?' A link will be emailed to you at the email address you registered with, follow the link to create a new password - please note your password must be at least 6 characters long.

Where do West Brothers deliver to?
We ship worldwide to most locations. We are based in Perth, Western Australia.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we ship to PO Boxes as well as Parcel Lockers.
How much does Shipping cost?
Australia Standard Delivery: $4.95 Express Priority: $9.95 FREE Standard Delivery for orders over $100 New Zealand Express: $9.95 International Standard $14.95 Express: $29.95
How long does Delivery take?
Items are dispatched within 1-2 business days and take approximately 1-3 business days for delivery within Australia via Express and 3-7 business days for Standard delivery. New Zealand is 3-5 Business days, other countries vary (please contact us if you require specifics). Please note shipping times can vary drastically during specific periods such as Christmas. Orders are still packed immediately however delays may be incurred due to Australia Post / StarTrack delays.
Will you send a Shipping confirmation email?
Yes, we will email you shipping confirmation, tracking information and a copy of your receipt/tax invoice for your order. Please retain a copy of the receipt as this is your proof of purchase and will be required should a refund/exchange be necessary.
Can I send my order to an address other than my own?
Yes, you can specify a Billing and a Shipping address when making your purchase and these can be different.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
In the event you have purchased an item that is out of stock we will contact you within 1 business day to let you know that it is no longer available. What if my parcel is marked return to sender?
If your parcel is marked as returned to sender by our courier then we will contact you to re-confirm the postal address. If the postal address provided to us was incorrect we may apply a second shipping fee to resend the item.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returning an Item
Full priced items can be returned within 30 days for a Store Credit providing they are unworn and in their original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy at the bottom of the website for further information or email online@westbrothers.com.au
Exchanging an Item
Full priced items can be exchanged within 30 days providing they are unworn and in their original condition. Please email online@westbrothers.com.au to start the exchange process detailing what you would like to swap your item for.
