West Brothers COVID-19 Trading Update
22nd May 2020 UPDATE
Some good news, Australian deliveries are starting to pickup the pace again thanks to Australia Post opening additional processing facilities and hiring 100's of extra staff. Keep in mind they have been delivering some 2m+ items a day, way more than during the Christmas period, they're also delivering 7 days a week now to keep up with the demand. So next time you see your postie be sure to give them a thumbs up, they're working tirelessly to keep up with the increased demand & Covid-19 hurdles. Good job Australia Post!
International orders have started to speed up a bit but are still delayed compared to normal delivery times. This is because there are so few flights available out of the country. We are still processing orders immediately, however there will be some patience required for delivery due to the lack of outbound flights.
22nd April 2020 UPDATE
Hey good people, quick update for you!
While we are still processing orders immediately, we (and all other retailers) are experiencing delays with Australia Post.
This is due to border closures, increased quarantine requirements and reduced flights. This is typically adding 1-2 business days to Australian orders and 5~ business days to NZ orders.
We anticipate things to start easing up over the next month, however please just know that while your orders are taking a little longer to get to you at the moment, we are definitely still shipping :)
